ACCOMMODATIONS

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
A special discounted room rate is available to conference attendees: $339 deluxe room. We urge attendees to make their reservations as soon as possible in hopes of avoiding an oversold situation. To obtain this rate for Friday or Saturday you may contact The Waldorf Astoria directly at 1-877-476-8792 and notify them that you are participating in the Breast Cancer Update CME meeting.

PARKING INFORMATION:
The Waldorf Astoria offers guests valet parking. Research To Practice will be hosting parking for attendees staying overnight at the hotel on June 24^th as well as local attendees driving to the meeting on June 25^th. For attendees driving to the meeting, we will provide complimentary parking vouchers at the registration desk. For attendees staying at the resort, overnight parking will be complimentary.

AIRPORT INFORMATION:
The nearest airport to The Waldorf Astoria is LaGuardia Airport located 13 miles from the hotel. The second nearest airport is the John F Kennedy Airport located 15 miles from the hotel.

DIRECTIONS TO THE WALDORF ASTORIA:

FROM THE TRIBORO BRIDGE: Take FDR Drive south to Exit 10, 49th Street. Proceed up 49th Street five blocks to Park Avenue. Turn right on Park Avenue and right on 50th Street to motor entrance (between Park and Lexington on 50th street).

FROM THE GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE: Take West Side Highway South to 57th Street. Turn south on 11th Avenue, Turn onto 50th Street (one-way). Proceed up 50th Street nine blocks to motor entrance (between Park and Lexington on 50th street).

From the Lincoln Tunnel: Exit the tunnel and turn right on 42nd Street to 10th Avenue. Turn left on 10th Avenue to 50th Street. Turn right on 50th Street, Proceed up 50th Street eight blocks to motor entrance (between Park and Lexington on 50th street).

FROM FIORELLO LAGUARDIA AIRPORT (35 MINUTES): Take Grand Central Parkway to Triboro Bridge/FDR to east 49th Street. Make a right on to 49th Street. Take 49th to Park Avenue. Make a right on Park Avenue. The Waldorf Astoria is on the right.

FROM JOHN F. KENNEDY AIRPORT (45 MILES): Van Wyck Exp. North to Grand Central Pkwy, follow to the LIE, Long Island Expressway. Take the Midtown Tunnel to 34th Street, Right on 3rd Ave, left on to 49th St, West to Park Ave. Make a right on Park Ave. The Waldorf Astoria is on the right.

FROM NEWARK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (60 MINUTES): Take the Lincoln Tunnel into the city. Go north on 8th Avenue, turn right on 48th Street. Turn left onto Park Avenue. The Waldorf Astoria is on the right.
