AUDIO DOWNLOAD HELP CENTER Q&A

Q. How do I listen to the audio files?
A. You must have audio player software to listen to BCU audio files. If you do not have an audio player,
you can download and install a free version of Windows Media Player or iTunes. Select the audio player
you would like to install on your computer, then click either icon below for instructions.

Q. Which format should I select to download my audio tracks — WMA or MP3?
A. WMA files will only play in Windows Media Player. Therefore, if you would like to be able to listen
to these files in any other types of audio players, you should download MP3s. MP3 files are more
universally accepted, which may mean greater listening flexibility with portable listening devices.
Please note: You cannot play WMA files in iTunes.

Q. How do I burn audio files onto a CD?
A. You can select individual interviews or even individual audio tracks from different editions and burn
them to create your own customized audio CD. Insert a blank CD into your computer, then follow
the appropriate instructions for your computer below.

*Please note, your computer must have a CD burner in order to create CDs.
