Your registration materials have been placed in a large envelope. Your tote bag is useful in carrying your materials. We encourage you not to leave them unattended. Registrant badges are included in your registration envelope and we urge you to wear them for all functions. Accompanying person badges should be worn for all social events.

EXHIBITS

Exhibits are located along the hallway in front of the Americana Ballroom and in Ballroom 4, at the far end of the Americana Ballroom. This is the same location where breakfasts are served and coffee breaks take place. We encourage you to visit these exhibits throughout the conference. Company representatives are available to discuss their products with you and answer questions. The contributions of these commercial supporters assist in offsetting our expenses and enable us to present our conference to you at a reasonable cost.

BREAKFASTS

A full continental breakfast will be served in the Exhibit Area, in front of the Americana Ballroom, from 7:00 am – 8:00 am on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

LUNCHES

Several options were available in advance for lunch on Thursday and Friday. For those registrants who requested any of these options, lunch tickets are in your registration packet.

Plated Lunch in the Gaucho Room: $25.00/day
Refer to the menu handout included in your registration packet for location.

Panel Discussion Lunch: $20.00/day
Lunch will be held in the Poinciana Ballroom immediately following the break for lunch. After lunch is completed, a panel discussion with case presentations will be conducted with selected faculty members. All registrants are welcome to join the panel discussion portion, space permitting.

Hands On Workshops include a light lunch at no charge. Pre-registration is required. Refer to “Hands-On Workshops” section for more details.

HOTEL RESTAURANTS

For those registrants who did not elect to include lunch with the registration fee, there are several restaurants available to you within the Hotel:

Preston’s — A mix of traditional fare spiced with new world flair. Located in the Tower Lobby. Open from 6:30 am until 12:00 am.

Nautilus — Outdoor grill and bar featuring light fare and tropical beverages. Situated poolside. Opens at 10:00 am and closes at dusk.

Outside the hotel, there are several eating establishments within short, walking distance.

HONORARY SUPPORTER

We are pleased to include JOE’S STONE CRAB RESTAURANT as an Honorary Supporter. For many years JOE’S has played a significant but unrecognized role in the success of our meetings. Every year we take our Faculty to JOE’S for a special dinner and every year our Faculty claims it to be the “highlight” of their visit. In appreciation of the courtesies provided to our group over the years, we have made JOE’S STONE CRAB RESTAURANT an HONORARY SUPPORTER of our Annual Breast Cancer Conference.
